- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and depends on the scope and complexity of the work. I always provide an upfront cost estimate before starting a project. Discounts may be available for regular customers or larger projects. Any additional expenses are discussed in advance to avoid surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs to understand their expectations. Then, I inspect the property (if needed), provide recommendations, and prepare a detailed estimate. Once all details are agreed upon, I begin the work, keeping the customer updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained extensive practical experience. My knowledge is based on practical work on various projects, I am always aware of industry trends and constantly exploring new tools, materials and methods that allow my clients to obtain high-quality results.
