- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I’m just starting out in this field, my rates are quite flexible and affordable. I’m open to discussing discounts, especially for regular customers or larger projects. I also try to avoid hidden fees and always honestly explain what I’m charging for
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by listening to the customer to understand exactly what they need. Then, I suggest possible solutions and discuss them with the customer to make sure we’re on the same page. After agreeing on the details, I get to work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have formal education in this area, but I’m learning a lot through hands-on experience, taking on small projects, and constantly improving my skills
