Shaun Showed up to work on the second-floor carpet of my house.
Since the carpet was wet after cleaning, I didn't bother to check his work. Next day I went upstairs to see his work and found all the stains are still there. Worst thing was somehow he left a large burnt mark on one of the bedrooms.
I trusted the all the good reviews, but I certainly couldn't appreciate his work. Worst thing was he didn't mention about the stains he didn't or couldn't remove during the work. Now I need to replace the carpet.

We stand behind our work and would of appreciated you calling us with any issues. What your photo shows is wicking on carpet. This happens when the stain is substantial and is embedded in the carpet. A phone call to have us inspect can remedy this but you did not reach out. Please give us a call 847-894-0275 about your cleaning August 2nd.
As for the burn you mentioned, we do not use any heat sources therefore we could not of left a burn. This may of been under the stains that existed on your carpets.
Again- I am sorry you felt the need to escalate immediately to a bad review instead of letting us know so we could correct the wicking stains. Please call us and enjoy your day

It has been a journey finding someone to come clean our carpets. I’m so glad we finally went with ASI! I truly felt like our place had no hope—I mean, just *look* at the stains in the before photo!!! But the after photo says it all. My heart truly burst with sheer joy when Anthony & Shawn were done cleaning the carpets in my home. Every room’s carpets look this good. Highly recommend—a job well done, for a totally reasonable price.
