I initially encountered some problems with my newly installed dishwasher, which I attempted to resolve on my own by watching YouTube videos. Unfortunately, my DIY efforts did not succeed. I then contacted Wili's Appliance Repair, and Pedro promptly came over to assess the situation and successfully repaired the issue. Additionally, he identified some installation-related issues and provided recommendations for addressing them. While he couldn't directly address installation problems per their service agreement, I greatly appreciated his extra effort, recommendations and commitment to excellent service. As a landlord, I now consider Wili's Appliance Repair my top choice for addressing any appliance issues for both my properties and my tenants.

I called them for a repair on my newer microwave. They were prompt, the issue was minor, they didn't make stuff up to raise my bill any higher than it needed to be, and they called me and came out when the part was available. I'd definitely use them again.
