- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand a lot of people are on a budget and I keep my prices at a level people feel comfortable paying. Lower prices does not always equal inferior service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the customer wants by phone calls and email. If it’s a wedding I email the customer a questionnaire for both of them to go over and fill out. I also like to do a face to face to go over the details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been mixing sound for live music for the last 10 years and the last year or so have been using this knowledge as a DJ.
