"When I started training with Wynne, I felt overweight and out of shape, with a strong desire to return to weightlifting safely without compromising my lower back. Thanks to Wynne's guidance, l've transformed body fat into muscle mass—an achievement many say is unusual for someone my age. Her ability to combine weightlifting with PRI techniques has been key in helping me enjoy my workouts again.
