(Put up a mailbox that had fallen down) Great work by Isaac! He communicated extremely well the day before the job to decide and negotiate how the job would be done, as well as running flexibility. On the day of, he communicated before he came out here, and during the job he explained the steps, and asked questions at decision points. Overall great experience and I would use the service again !

Radiance said this job would be no problem. Attached is a photo of the siding that had a hole that needed repaired. The second photo is the repair they did. Not only is the replacement siding not attached, but they fixed it with finishing nails and screws. ALSO cracking another piece of siding above the original repair. When we were in our driveway picking up the mess they left behind, we collected over 20 nails that could have easily ended up in on of our car tires. We have since hire someone else to replace all of this correctly. (3rd photo with the ladder) 100% disappointed with the service received. Yet, they still got paid. 🥴
