FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Single sessions are about one hour long. $30/session I offer 2 packages for 5 or 10 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For customers looking to be Suburban Warrior Fit: We begin with a consultation to address their goal(s) and which services they would like to pursue. This can be done face-face or through video chat. Once this is complete, customers complete two forms: a health questionnaire and assumption of risk form. If there are any health concerns, I recommend customers to see their physician prior to starting the program. After the forms are completed, we move onto personalizing the training program based on any physical and medical condition(s). The first training session will consist of testing that includes: blood pressure reading, BMI calculation, resting heart rate, and physical fitness testing based on any physical/medical conditions. Subsequent training sessions focus on improving the customer's health and fitness goals through Suburban Warrior Fitness training methods. Every 8 weeks, testing will be repeated to measure progress. For customers seeking Isagenix products: We discuss their goals and I provide an overview of the available products. Customers register for an Isagenix account and make their first purchase. For customers seeking Self-Defense: Customers and I discuss how many training sessions they would like, complete the necessary forms, and provide full payment on day 1. For customers seeking Kung Fu or Qigong: Customers complete the necessary forms and provide payment for 10 training sessions. For customers seeking Tactical First Aid training: Complete the necessary forms and provide full payment prior to training day. Payment includes a brand new tactical first aid kit upon completion of training.k
