- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly fee starts at $36 per hour, providing affordable and professional paralegal services. As a special offer, new Thumbtack customers receive a 20% discount on their first project. Additionally, our document review fee is waived until December 31, 2024, offering extra value for a limited time. We also provide free consultations and assessments to help you get started with confidence, ensuring a personalized and tailored approach to your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a thorough discussion of the client’s needs to ensure a clear understanding of the scope of work. After this, clients are asked to sign our Professional Service Agreement, which outlines the project details and provides an added layer of protection for both parties. Once the agreement is signed, a deposit equivalent to two hours of work ($72) is required to initiate the project. Upon completion, the client will receive an invoice for the services. Once the invoice is settled, the finished product(s) will be delivered. Clients then have a 48-hour review period to request any modifications or changes to ensure the final product meets their expectations.

Our paralegals bring a combination of formal education and extensive work experience, making them highly skilled professionals in their respective areas of expertise. Each paralegal holds a certificate and/or degree in the legal field, ensuring a strong academic foundation.
