- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deep cleaning, move in/move out, construction/post construction, one time cleaning is always based by hours. Regular cleaning price always flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Thank them for their request. 2. Gave client our hourly rate, how many people included. Let them know that we are providing all cleaning supplies/tools. 3. Attached photos from previous projects. 4. Arrange an appointment (date/time). 5. We are always kindly asking costumers, that they will double check all cleaned places after job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the service industry helping people for past 5 years. Happy customer is our #1 priority. Our cleaners have years of experience in commercial and residential cleaning. We are focusing to do QUALITY work, not quantity. Always want to have long term relationship.
