The food was beyond my expectations, everyone of our guest raved about the quality of the food, the presentation and the melt in your mouth flavors. Was defiantly worth the price and will have Diana back again for a future event.

Diana catered our mother's memorial lunch- a function for about 50 people. The food (lasagna- both vegetarian and with meat, deviled eggs, spanakopita, tiropita, and salad) were all very good. The presentation was beautiful. Her desert of chocolate covered strawberries was also excellent. Diana and her husband were on time and did the little extras- fancy plastic ware for the salad and eggs, providing an insulated bag to keep the lasagna warm until lunch was served 90 minutes later. Her prices were very reasonable.

Diana's service was extraordinary! The food she prepared was well thought out, freshly prepared, wide in variety, and absolutely delicious! Our guests commented on how they really enjoyed the dishes served. Just wonderful! In addition to the wonderful appetizers and main entrees, Diana's talent shined through her creation of an exquisite cake. Her creation was both beautiful and scrumptious! ...almost too pretty to cut and serve! We truly enjoyed it! I will gladly turn to Couture Cake again when planning a large family event. Diana helped me provide for over sixty people with a gracious and caring demeanor. Her personal service is not often found today and I considered it a real gift! I highly recommend Couture Cake because of the wonderful food and service offered by Diana. Very special, indeed!
