Jesus was on time reviewed the issue did some troubleshooting by opening the ceiling tracking the pipes wiped the moisture off turned water on to track flow went into the attic to track and test for possible damp areas, cleaned area and made recommendations to head off other plumbing caution alerts. Very thorough. Thanks Jesus!
