After communicating the options they allowed me to get my fingerprints quickly done. Also if you're having a rife come get you they'll allow you to wait in the lobby. Very great and patient people.

This company is fine if you are desperate for a job. I would not suggest this for long term. Pros: the company gets you scheduled quickly. Uniforms vouchers are available. Cons: As another review mentioned the field supervisors are non-responsive and arrogant. The sites are limited (most are west suburbs). They do not care about things that happen to the officers at the sites as long as it is covered. Myself and others have reported the Shirley Ryan ability lab site for harassment of Secureone officers by their in-house security staff. Nothing was done.

They offer a raffle entry in exchange for 5-star reviews. A total sham and fake reviews. Tracey is a lousy operations manager. They tell you one thing but do another. Nobody in that office will ever answer the phone for you. They act nice during orientation and then forget about you. They even hinted at it when they said "when you call the office, operator is gonna be your best friend". You'll be pressing "0" alot if you don't believe me. They are the worst security company I've ever associated with, and that's coming from a guy with 11 years of experience and no negative experiences until now. This company sucks and I hope it closes in the long run.

The Professionalism in the company by the field supervisors (Tracie & Booker) is horrible the never answer the phone or respond to text in a appropriate time frame if they respond at all. Their officers are just not that important enough to them.
