Let me start by saying I’m not the easiest customer to work with I’m very particular in what I want but John and his team were there every step of the way working with me and advising me on the best possible steps to take to save me money I needed rush work done all oversight on my behalf and they delivered with time to spare wish I could give more than just 5 stars.

John and his team did a terrific job! The guys were very professional and the work was done quick and the end results were amazing! John himself was truly the nicest guy and when he said he was going to do something that's exactly what he did. I always knew what the next step was and had no surprises throughout the entire project. They took great care of me and my home. I will definitely use them again and tell everyone I know about them! They were awesome!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are fair and are designed to meet average standard rates as well as the customer's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, once contacted by the customer, we like to schedule a time to visit the project location and see the conditions for the work to be performed and discuss the customers expectations for the project including time frame and budget. This visit will be followed up with an estimate for the job to be signed by the customer agreeing to the terms, at this time a start date will be decided that is good for the customer and fits into our schedule as well.
