- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC charge a Service Fee of $25.00 to $100.00 for each separate travel. This fee is to assure the loyalty between H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC and each of our Clients remain with H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC until all bookings are finalized. All paperwork associated with each Client's travel must be correlated and distributed to the correct Departments of our (Affiliate Suppliers) and (H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC). All receipts (Invoices/PO) must be balanced and given to the correct Departments and to each Client for their records. H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC charges 10% on the total amount of traveler cost for Air, Cruise, Train, Car Travel...etc that is transportation to get to each destination. Conditional fees: There is a $20.00 an hour cost for each Itinerary that have not been booked on or before the 3rd day of each accepted Services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Currently all Travel Consumers Bookings relating to Air, Cruise, Train, Hotel/Lodging or Car are finalized through our Affiliate Suppliers Booking Platforms. To begin Services with H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC there are initial Research Fees collected. It is also required that the Travelers signs a Travel Service Agreement and return the TSA back to H. D. 3 6 5 Travel LLC Travel Advisor.
