My experience with Victor was both good and bad. I hired them to do a deep clean for two bedrooms, one bathroom, fridge, stove, interior windows and walls. The stove and fridge were very well cleaned along with the windows. I did not inspect the walls too well but later when I started looking at them it looked like they didn’t even clean them because there was stains that were previously there. I took a towel with water and scrubbed and got the stains off. Makes me wonder how they “cleaned” the walls. When I contacted them about the improper wall cleaning, they said that I told them that the job was done well and that it was my fault for not inspecting properly. They even had the audacity to propose another wall cleaning session for an additional price. I will most likely not hire them again considering the quality of work they did.

I tried Victoria's cleaning company for the first time today and this morning team blue showed up on time and did an amazing job. They even made my bathroom look like a hotel bathroom with little touches. Exactly job. It gave me a lot of time to run errands and not worry about cleaning my house on top of everything else. Our pricing is effected by rooms, bathrooms, floors, and the type of cleaning needed. We also have extra cost for cleaning of walls, oven, fridges, windows, and also outside of a home hallways
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is first discussing about their home. We like to discuss about what type of cleaning is needed and how large their home is. After, we give an estimate and provide our availability that the customer desires.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our employees have over 3+ years of experience in the cleaning business, they are all trained to be professional cleaners! If any problems, repairs, or anything gets broken, you have up to 48 hours to let us know, if it’s not reported up to 48 hours, we cannot fix it.
