Alex went above & beyond to make sure my gutters were truly cleaned and unclogged. I've had people come out to "clean" my gutters before, but their work was clearly just superficial and did not focus on the downspouts. Alex realized that one of my downspouts was clogged with dirt and helped clear it and reroute it so that it would not be a problem going forward. Alex even made a trip to Home Depot to get the necessary supplies to make this rerouting successful. So at the end of the day, I got not just a cleaning but a solution to a problem I didn't even know I had. Highly Recommended!!!
