- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Money is not at the forefront of my services. Providing great service is what I put forward. I use transparency and fairness. My prices are always final + transportation. Many charge you for equipment and such, I own my equipment, and while I could charge for it separately, most of my customers don't want to worry about such details so I don't.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get in touch, you tell me your project or event, after figuring out what the requirements are, we finalize pricing, I accept the job, I do the job, I deliver finished work. Customer always provides travel ahead of the job. The customer also brings an external storage for storing raw files. I prefer cash or Venmo/Cash App payments upon completion. I mostly work alone, which makes it easier and affordable for the customer. Compromising quality is never an option, I have so many samples to show that.
