- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every location date and time is unique. Please provide an exact address, and let us know if you have access to a parking lot, if not we will reach out to our partners and most likely be able to find something for your business or event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we obtain the proper information we will provide a quote. Upon approval, we will provide a service agreement for reservation and provide you with the best valet service around.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our attendants have years of experience with excellent driving and parking skills. They are trained to be courteous and welcoming, helping guests in and out of vehicles, holding doors open upon arrival and departure, walking guests with umbrellas during rainy days and providing the best experience possible for each and every one of your guests.
