- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customers will be made aware of discounts depending on the number of tv the customer needs help with. There will be a clear communication of prices before we embark on the journey of fixing the product
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet customers with a warm smile, assess their needs, get to know what they want to do . Then I begin my job while taking them through the process providing explanations every step of the way this ensures inclusivity.
