- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessment of the issue,if the customer does not know what the issue is i offer the a diagnostic fee, after finding the problem, I will give them a quote. If the work is to be performed the fee will be subtracted from the overall price. If the issue is known then there will be a flat fee for the work in terms of the repair. If the customer needs a website then it is a flat fee based on the purpose and the number of pages
