- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our consultations are 100% complementary. During that time we will discuss any applicable planning fees, which typically start at $149 per household based on the complexity and number of travelers involved. Our group model has a unique fee structure, which will be discussed during our intial call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s a step-by-step overview of our process, so you’ll know exactly where you are at every stage of planning: 1. Initial Consultation: We’ll start with a conversation to talk about your vacation needs, and discuss any applicable fees. 2. Planning Phase: I get to work planning your trip and provide options for your review. 3. Itinerary Review: We’ll review your trip via a video chat or in-person meeting. If revisions are needed, I’ll get to work and we’ll collaborate to make it perfect. 4. Payments: Trip deposits and payments are handled securely through an online process. 5. Continued Support up to departure: I’ll provide everything you need for a seamless experience. 6. You head on vacation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a background in corporate leadership and management consulting, I possess a comprehensive understanding of delivering exceptional customer service, managing successful businesses, and upholding ethical standards. I hold a BA in Business Communications and have worked in the corporate environment for more than 17 years. I am a Certified Travel Professional and a member of the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA). I am also an extensive traveler, covering five continents, and have lived outside of the U.S. three times. I have a deep passion for understanding local culture and respecting the world, of which we are but one part.
