Introduction
I have always preferred one on one learning whether it pertains to jiu jitsu or any other skill. This is what makes me so passionate about providing one on one training to others, as a way of paying forward all the help I've received from the great practitioners involved my journey. Martial arts and combat sports can be intriguing while also very intimidating, and private lessons are a great way to ease into group classes and learn potentially life saving techniques.

I can't say enough good things about Coach Jeff! He's been an instrumental figure in leveling up my BJJ game thanks to his expertise, patience, and encouragement.
Jeff does a great job at breaking complex techniques down into digestible steps with just the right amount of detail, focusing on the fundamentals.
To describe Jeff as a BJJ player, he's experienced and passionate to say the least. He has several years of experience under his belt and has trained with and coached a wide range of people.
Thanks to his training, I've built a solid foundation of fundamentals that has led to me getting a stripe on my belt and mustering the courage to compete in a tournament. For the tournament prep in particular, Jeff was an invaluable resource, and was there from beginning to end including cornering me.
If you're looking for a BJJ instructor who is knowledgeable, dedicated, and genuinely invested in your progress, I can't recommend Coach Jeff enough. He's had a profound impact on my BJJ journey, and I'm excited to continue learning and growing under his guidance.

Patient, punctual, professional, & respectful. Everything you need to learn the basics of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is right here. Jeff is very knowledgeable of this “art form” & a lot of fun to work with. He simplifies the techniques in a way that you don’t get confused/frustrated. Take it from me, Jeff is the man!👊🏿
