- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept Cash, personal check, credit/debit cards via Square, Cash App, Zelle and Venmo. The estimate is free, there is an extra discount of 10% off the total price if we contract within 24 hours. Materials and labor are included in the final price; both are guaranteed (further explanation in final contract). There is an inspection fee not related to the estimation for repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to answer your call within an hour after contact is initiated. A written proposal and contract will be easy to understand while being detailed. We ensure to answer questions before beginning work to ease your mind. This is an important expense, we want to make sure you are satisfied. Our work is guaranteed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always fixing and painting things since the age of 8. In school I was fortunate to meet somwone who provided training and gave me my first job. I still work with him today as partners. I have a passion for helping and being on the roof is my way of taking care of my community.
