They responded within a couple of minutes of me sending the inquiry. The team was professional, motivated, and thorough. I had a pretty bad roof leak and they got there the next day to give a detailed assessment and proposal. We went through some options that made sense for my budget and they got to work the next day. It turned out the problem was a lot worse than they estimated, but they were great about keeping me in the loop so I never felt too ambushed. When they were done they sent me photos and video of all the major milestones of the project so I could understand everything they did and why. As for the quality, everything looks good. But roofs are tricky things. It sometimes takes a year or more to know how effective a fix is. But they have me a 15 year warranty when nobody else quoting would give me more than two. I appreciate that.
