- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of job will depend on how long is going to take, if the job is easy task or difficult. The materials cost and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, if the costumer contacts me and is looking for my service. I meet them at their home once they have provided their address. I take measurements, take a look what needs to done, explain the damages of roof, and proceed to give them the estimate. If customer is happy with the estimate, I give some paperwork to sign which will contain estimate price, warranty, roofing license, scope of work, and notice that the final price might change due to extra work to be done. In case of interior structure work might needed to be done. For instance, possible rotten plywoods, wood boards, and rafters might need to be replaced .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college, got an associate degree, and completed some courses relating to construction.
