- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Property management is not one price fits all. Owners have different needs and we can offer as much or as little help as they wish. I always want to have a discussion with an owner to find out what services they require and then find the way to make it the most economical to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to their needs, offering advice and developing a plan that is cost effective and achieves the goals of my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed real estate broker for over 25 years. My experience is bolstered by my extensive real estate management education. I have logged 100s of hours in continuing education and continue to add to my knowledge each year.
