Our general management fee is based on location and services provided. Generally in the 7% average range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically ask 2 weeks to complete all processing and inspection of building and/ or unit before on-boarding the property with your new designated property manager. Once the property is under management you and your tenants will have a designated management team available 24/7 and on weekends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience in property management, CRP. Our property management team attends continued education in property management as well as weekly meetings on various troubleshoot subjects related to property management.
