In the city of Chicago, Its not always easy to find great apartments with great management. Teton Properties has provided both to my wife and I. Our home was well priced and well maintained. Daniel, the manager, was responsive and prompt and more than willing to work with us as tenants when it came to repairs, questions, and issues. It is always nice to be treated as a person instead of just a renter.

The team at Teton Property Management goes above and beyond to ensure that tenants feel taken care of and at home. I've lived in several of their properties and this has been my best experience in Chicago by far. Response times to any questions or maintenance issues are speedy, move ins are seamless, and the units I have lived in have all been in great condition. I would highly recommend these rental properties.

I can't say enough good things about Teton Properties and their team, especially Daniel who is our property manager. Daniel has gone above and beyond in managing our rental home.From day one, Daniel has been incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we've had. He's proactive about handling maintenance issues and coordinating with vendors to get things taken care of quickly and correctly. Dan sends regular updates so we're always in the loop.
