I have worked out with other trainers in the past and I have to say Ty is the ONLY one I have seen results with. He truly gets you into the gym and SWEATING but does so with a sense of humor...the time literally flies by even when it's a demanding session. I would recommend him to anyone looking to see REAL results.

The best thing about having Ty as your trainer is his positivity; Ty believes in you, even when you don't believe in yourself. Ty goes above and beyond to differentiate his training for each client. I have previous sports injuries, but Ty is flexible and adapts the workout to meet my needs. I have struggled with eating disorders in the past, but Ty gives me simple meal plans that have not only led to weightloss, but more importantly, they've kept the weight off! Since working with Ty, I have lost over 30 lbs. and have gone down 2 pant sizes.
