Massage as a great tool for getting healthy and staying that way. Paula is your secret weapon. She is an incredibly intuitive massage therapist who remains excited every day about the healing possibilities of what she does. She searches out classes and seminars on new and helpful techniques and puts them to work. She works with you and wants to hear if you have any concerns. No input is okay too somehow she puts her hands on that exact spot you forgot has been bothering you. She has been keeping me healthy for many many years and I can highly recommend her to everyone.

Paula is a tremendously talented masseuse! I am a veteran massage-goer and she is head and shoulders above the rest. She has techniques that Ive never had anyone else incorporate, and she is always learning new moves. She can do a tremendously strong deep tissue massage if thats your thing (I like my massages very forceful!) and she can tailor your experience to any problem spots/preferences. You wont regret giving her a try! She is truly exceptional.
