Working with tony has been great and he really is a top tier trainer. Tony takes his time to make sure you have a good understanding of everything and that you are progressing towards your goals. I've only been working tony for a few months but the results have been incredible, all while working around one of my preexisting injuries. I'd definitely recommend him for anyone starting their fitness journey or any seasoned lifter (like myself) looking to take their training to the next level, He's the man!

I was initially skeptical of working with an online coach but my experience with Tony changed my mind! He was extremely responsive and not in a robotic way. His knowledge of health and nutrition is incredible and I was very impressed with the meal plan provided to me to reach my fitness goals. I worked with tony for just about a year and competed twice as a womens physique athlete for ocb. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! Hes always there if you have any questions or concerns and provides effective training and diet plans. I totally recommend tony if you’re looking for a trainer :)!

My online services are $149.99 per month. It includes: Flexible Diet Program with Meal Substitutions, Exercise Program based on Muscle Building or Fat Loss, Lifestyle Strategies & Accountability Weekly Online Check-In’s, Unlimited access to email or phone for questions. Online packages are 3 months of online coaching for $299.99 or 6 months of online coaching for $499.99.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin Parkside. I also have my Certified Personal Training Certification from the NSCA.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this type of work when everyone in my area started asking me for advice on weight loss and muscle building.
