I cannot say enough good things about MOR Athletic. I have been training with John for about 5 months and defiantly be continuing my training. One of my main goals getting into personal training was to get stronger. Not only I gain more strength, but I got into a habit of working out and more importantly now I ENJOY going to the gym. Overall, John is a trainer who motivates you even when you don’t want to be working out! He is always on time & flexible to work with you on your time. Overall, I highly recommend!!

John is an excellent trainer. He is knowledgeable, patient, and a great communicator. It is evident that John understands the science behind physical health and makes sure that the personalized workouts he develops are safe and effective. He teaches you what each movement is doing and why it is important. A trainer isn't just a person who tells you what to do a few time a week. A trainer enables you to take control of your health by teaching you the 'hows' and 'whys'. I've been working with John for just under a month and I feel stronger and healthier. I will continue working with him and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer.

I never had a personal trainer before, but knew I needed help and motivation to get healthier. Through Thumbtack, I received a quote from John at MOR Athletic. The very next day, over the consultation, we went over the scheduling details, payment and my goals. John was very nice as he answered all of my questions and told me what he could bring to the table as my trainer. We decided on a 3 month trial period since it was a good amount of time to see if this was a good fit for me. Aside from the reasonable pricing, the best part of MOR Athletic is that John comes to me for my sessions. After a long day at work, it's extremely convenient to be trained at home! I would recommend MOR Athletic to those who would like to be healthier at their own pace and for a good cost!

My first ever experience of a personal trainer couldn’t be better. John was great at understanding and setting goals, especially for someone like me who hadn’t been in the gym in about 5+ years. He did a great job in adapting to my body and endurance level, goal of getting into a training routine and also guiding me on how to manage the right diet plan. John was flexible in scheduling even within a few hours of the class if something came up which is important in a personal trainer. He would design the exercise plan for each session based on the progression up to the previous one, helping you to push yourself to the next level. I look forward to working with him again in coming seasons.
