My pricing is designed to be flexible and accessible, offering a hybrid personal training experience that combines in-person coaching with online support to maximize results. Sessions are tailored to your fitness level and goals, ensuring you get the most value out of your investment. I also offer discounts on multi-session packages and a 5% discount for all Thumbtack leads. No hidden fees—just straightforward, results-driven training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client is designed to ensure a personalized, effective, and results-driven experience: 1️⃣ Initial Consultation – We start with a free consultation (in-person or virtual) to discuss your fitness goals, experience level, and any limitations. This helps me create a customized training plan that fits your needs. 2️⃣ Fitness Assessment – I conduct a movement and strength assessment to identify areas of focus, potential imbalances, and the best approach for your training. 3️⃣ Customized Training Plan – Whether you choose in-person, hybrid, or online coaching, I design a structured plan that aligns with your goals and lifestyle, including workouts, nutrition guidance, and accountability check-ins. 4️⃣ Training & Coaching – We begin your program with ongoing support, motivation, and adjustments as needed to keep you progressing. 5️⃣ Progress Tracking – I regularly track your performance and make modifications to maximize results while keeping workouts challenging and engaging. 6️⃣ Ongoing Support – Beyond workouts, I offer habit coaching, recovery strategies, and lifestyle guidance to ensure long-term success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified personal trainer since 2004, shortly after high school, and have over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. I earned my degree from DePaul University in 2006 and have continually expanded my expertise through certifications and hands-on experience in functional strength training, sports performance, and group fitness coaching. I founded Enhance Fitness Studio in 2008, where I specialized in functional personal training, early morning boot camps, and youth sports performance programs. Over the years, I have worked with clients of all fitness levels, helping them achieve their goals through customized training programs, accountability, and expert guidance.
