- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Connect - public places, phone, or virtual - discuss my services, what you’re looking for with a coach/trainer, identifying your goals, etc Step 2: Commit/Invest - review online documents (liability and client questionnaire) Step 3: Succeed - for personal training, we schedule our first session and start working toward your goal(s), utilizing a progressive training philosophy that meets your fitness levels where they are at and takes them to where you want them to be - for online clients, I help familiarize you with my virtual programming, app, etc, so the process of doing the work physically by yourself is as easy as it can be
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1) MSc Applied Exercise Science (Sports Nutrition) - Concordia University Chicago: According to Zippia's data science team, in 2022, only 7% of personal trainers had a master's degree. An even smaller fraction of those have a sports nutrition emphasis. 2) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) - The National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA): The CSCS is the current gold standard fitness certification. It is a graduate-level credential. According to the NSCA, in 2022, >60% of college grads failed to get certified on their first attempt. 3) Certified Pre/Postnatal Coach
