FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that my rates begin at $100 an hour and increase depending on the project. I also offer flat rates for multiple rooms or large projects. Additionally, there is a $75 fee for initial consultations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is established, we complete an intake form that gathers detailed information about the project at hand and the client's everyday routines. Understanding these patterns is crucial for us to help organize their space effectively. This process allows us to craft systems that genuinely work for them, ensuring that every project is custom-designed to meet each client's unique needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent many years in corporate America and have helped my parents run our family business. Gratefully clients have stated that I am a consummate professional. Additionally, I have spent many years in a career that has aided in my organizational skills. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology which helps me to better understand why the client may be holding on to items that they are reluctant to release. I am also a Lean Six Sigma certified Greenbelt which means I am proficient in streamlining processes and eliminating waste.
