- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Complimentary initial 30 minute phone call. - Initial in-person 60 min. consult is $75 (within city limits); or complimentary 30 min. Zoom consult (this is to discuss your projects and plan for product purchase, if needed). - Hourly rate of $75; minimum 4-hour booking. - Additional $10/hr for garages and unfinished basements. - Packages with discounts available. - Booking fee is $75 which will be applied to session unless cancelled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Our initial consultation is when you will tell me (or show me if in person) about your project(s), your roadblocks, needs, goals + visions for the space so that I can best understand how to transform the space. - We will then work together on scheduling a session or sessions. - Schedule can be expedited in certain situations. - I'm able to work independently, alongside you, or a combination of the two.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- I completed a Bachelors degree in Urban Planning from The University of Illinois at Chicago school of Urban Planning & Public Policy. I studied the affects of "place" on our well-being, gained spatial + planning skills and honed my innate design skills. - I have a work background in various design related positions. - I am a life-long learner, consistently reading + listening to home organization experts and expanding my understanding + knowledge.
