What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the matter on the phone first which is followed by an in person meeting. At the meeting we discuss the details of your matter and I look over any documents that you may have, such as the police report, hospital discharge summary and photographs. We then discuss the plan of action for your case and what to expect moving forward. My team and I work very hard to make sure that moving forward youare able to focus on one thing: getting better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Juris Doctorate form Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
