Chef Mercedez was very easy to work with. From our first conversation up to the event, she was responsive every step of the way. She created a custom menu based on my budget and food allergy restriction and kept the space clean and professional during the event. Did not have to worry about a thing and could actually host. 10/10 highly recommend. Will be calling Chef again for my upcoming holiday party!
