Chef David, I want to thank you for doing such an amazing job for our sons back lawn wedding reception. The food was fabulous, as was the service. All our guests raved how wonderful the food was. Your staff, Mike, Jasmine, Michelle and you CHEF were so hardworking and accommodating and ready to make everything perfect. We will never forget this special day in their lives and you helped make it that way. Everyone should have a Chef David 24-7 in my book. We highly recommend Lakeshore Private Chef & Catering to anyone planning a large or intimate event. Honestly it could not have been better.

Everyone raved about the food and planning with Chef David was fabulous. He adapted to meet our needs and wishes, worked with us to customize menu. He was also flexible allowing us to cover beverages and sweets and following up with invoice to clearly state who was doing what the day of the event! Arrived when and as expected with staff that went right to work and did everything to make event perfect!

Chef David was an absolute delight! He catered my 40th birthday party and from start to finish, everything was perfect and very professional. He responded to my many emails and questions prior to the event and created a menu that I couldn't have imagined! Given his experience, he was able to suggest what my guests would want; he was spot-on. He was incredibly friendly with a great sense of humor and the food was absolutely amazing! He worked with his own tools and we enjoyed stuffed olives, goat cheese and sundried tomato, scallops with bacon, beef skewers, curry chicken salad, and ahi tuna. He also made amazing quiches, potatoes, muffins, banana bread, and a wonderful fruit medley for brunch the following morning; all from his own fresh ingredients. The quiches melted in your mouth and I kept on wanting more the rest of the day! I would certainly love to have Chef David cater another event; he is truly marvelous!
