Hi! My name is Aileen. I'm great with word processing (e.g. note taking, reports), spreadsheets (e.g. data entry, tabulation), putting a presentation deck together, some visual work (e.g. Adobe photoshop), customer support, and general, administrative duties. In other words, if you're looking for more of an all-around person, rather than a specialist, that's me! My current toolkit - tools I've used in my work or am familiar with - includes MS-Office, Google Apps, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, and HTML/CSS. I've also used these CRM, productivity and communication tools: Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Trello, Google Drive, OneNote, HelpScout, Hangouts, HipChat, Zoom, Skype, and Slack. I'm a perpetual student, always eager to learn; a jigsaw puzzle problem thinker, can scope something that has missing pieces, put them together and tell a story. And if I can't, I just ask.
