- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on a travel fee since I am a mobile notary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask new customers where they would like to meet. I usually prefer to meet in public for safety reasons. I inform the customer of my vaccination status and ask the relevant questions about COVID safety. I wear a mask in public places.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an NNA (National Notary Association) Certified and Background-Screened Loan Signing Agent, a Graduate of the Notary2Pro training course.
