HE IS LEAVING US A 1 STAR REVIEW DUE TO A MOVE CANCELLATION 3 DAYS PRIOR. THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF AN ACTUAL MOVE OR OUR WORK ETHIC Unfortunately, as much as I plan, things don’t go as planned sometimes. some of my employees situation changed from the time he booked and his move date. A few days prior I notified him a crew member went on vacation and another had car issues which left us short staffed and I had to cancel as the last option. He was in panic and I gave him instructions and assured him that finding a crew would be easy and not too worry. I told him to create a new thumbtack request and he’ll have a few companies reach out to him within no time. While on the app, I came across his new move request and was happy to see that 4 companies had reached out to him! I’m glad he was able to hopefully find a crew the very same day we cancelled.

Yes, moving is stressful and even though we strive for perfection..mistakes do happen, and rarely at We Got You. All 3 complaints were noticed after the crew had left so there was no way of solving what they didn’t know happened. The TV was blanketed during the move and still managed to break. The crew took the TV up, pulled the blanket off and continued with the move not knowing it was damaged. This is the first time we’re seeing and hearing about these complaints and always take full responsibility for anything damaged or broken during our work. Please message us so we can communicate in fixing any issues you have. We apologize for the inconvenience we’ve caused. This is not a reflection of our integrity and loyalty to our costumer.
