Mauro and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with for both packing and moving services. He was easy to get in touch with from the time I submitted the request to the weekend of our move and walked me through their approach and costs leading up to the move. He and his team were both reliable and flexible with the plan as we figured out what was needed even on the day of. (We were totally unpacked when they showed up - they packed a 3 bd/2 ba in one day and moved everything the next). They were punctual, careful, efficient, and kind. We were quoted almost double the cost from other companies but I'm so glad we went with Next Door Movers and would 100% work with them again if needed and highly highly recommend them to anyone needing support packing and moving. Thanks Next Door, y'all are the best!!!

Mauro and his team are the best movers I have ever used and I’ve used many over the years. This time I needed someone to pack and move my mom. Their customer service was exemplary. Mauro responded to my initial request very quickly and was pleasant and helpful. He and his crew arrived on time and worked quickly. They packed everything carefully and wrapped the furniture. My mom has way too much stuff for her small place, but Mauro and his team were very patient with her and made some suggestions that were really helpful. It was a long day for them, but they didn’t rush or dump and go. They were polite, professional, considerate and hardworking, and it was obvious they take pride in doing a good job. Their rates were reasonable, too. They were worth every penny and I can’t say enough good things about them. Thank you Mauro and team - my mom and I are very grateful to you.

Mauro was quick to respond to all my messages. His moving crew was punctual, courteous, and professional. They wrapped all the furniture in plastic wrap. They were careful when moving furniture out and moving it in to the new location.He did not require a deposit and no cancellation fee. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact ask our costumers to complete a moving survey created by us so they can receive the best estimate for our services. After that they receive a email quote where can can choose to accept or decline our services from the quote itself, when booked movers protect everything as if it were their belongings, while still being very efficient. Movers are hard workers and don't stop until the job is done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I Took a business course when I was in college, and my father put me to work in moving trucks since the age of 17,giving me knowledge on how things are taken care of so I can explained to worried customers on their stressful day. Knowing things like how antiques are properly packaged as well how to maneuver any expensive piece that has weight to it. Moving is not easy but we make it look easy.
