My building has used North Shore Masonry three times. Very happy with the communication and they even gave us a slight discount for doing multiple jobs at once!When our Board decided to go with another company for a new job, the very nice email I received asking why we didn't work with them (asking for constructive criticism) is unheard of in today's day and age!It is their follow up to find out customer satisfaction that truly stands out in their amazing customer service.I highly recommend them if you are getting masonry work done!

Although I experienced a few hiccups getting an estimate and the work scheduled, the quality and professionalism of the work made the wait well worth it. The North Shore crew made the concrete block foundation on my 97 year old house look tremendous. The crew wore protective equipment when grinding out the joints and put tarps down to protect the grass and catch any debris. Also, the grinding tools were connected to vacuums so airborne dust was minimal. This was the second job I've had North Shore do and highly recommend them.

We hired North Shore Brick Work to do a big job on our 6 unit condo building. We reviewed over a dozen contractors and got estimates from all of them. NSBW came in at a reasonable price and they gave us confidence that the work would be done correctly.Throughout the project all of the workers were very professional and kind. Our project lead, Fernando was super communicative and provided pictures daily of the work that was completed.They also worked with us on issues that were discovered during the job.We are very satisfied with the work they did on our building and the inspector that we hired to verify the work told us that we chose a very good company and that the work was done very well.We'd choose them again without hesitation.
