After dealing prior with a less-than-honorable merchant, I reached out to River Fall Lawn Service to install sod in my front yard. Cesar responded to all of my inquiries promptly, provided me with a quote, and reconfirmed the day and time he and his team were scheduled to come out. On the day work was to be installed Cesar informed me his crew would be there first to turn the soil over and prepare it for the sod and then he would be there shortly for installation. His crew was very personable, efficient, and professional. Cesar arrived very shortly after they departed, installed the sod, and answered any questions I had about the initial maintenance. I am exceptionally pleased with the quality of work, the ease with which it was done, and the professionalism provided by Cesar and his team. I have several other backyard lawn projects that I will be using their services for. Best. Decision. Ever

Cesar was really easy to talk to and responsive when deciding on a design and he offered a lot of options and was flexible. He showed up early with his crew and they worked hard in the heat to get everything done within 3 days. They brought all their own equipment and materials and cleaned up after. My only concern was that some things I spoke about were not followed and I haven't heard from them since I paid them. The issues are that the cable wiring that was buried is not on top of the rocks that were installed. One area with rocks was not level and appear to have used upside down turf underneath and it is all uneven. I recommend them and they are great, but make sure everything is perfect before they leave👍
