I had Dante come and mow my lawn. He was very responsive with the questions I had and was extremely professional without being too stiff. It was definitely a nice experience. He was in and out very quickly, and the yard was great.

My review is strictly to this company's fast reply to my inquiries and professional communication. In the end I did not need to use their lawn mowing services. I had really high grass from recent rains and my mower stopped working. With my back yard grass extremely high and possibly needing help, I inquired about their ability to mow and near instantly received a reply with their willingness to accommodate with pricing options provided. Their communication was prompt and professional and their willingness to help with their services was impressive.

UPDATE: LawnStarter called me and allowed me to share my experience and they truly listened for about 45 minutes. They then sent a true professional out to my house to remedy the issues. my 2nd lawn care appointment was definitely a 5 star service. The rep reached back out a day later to make sure I was satisfied. Although very responsive and customer service friendly, some of their "professionals" are not very professional or good at the task they are hired for. Also, LawnStarter has their own separate app.

We price using your address to determine the actual lawn size and then use the lowest industry rates for the area to quote you the best offer that we can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our customers like to call in because it is easy and quick, we are able to give an accurate quote just using your address. They can also schedule entirely online at lawnstarter.com. From there, we typically reserve a weekly time or bi-weekly depending on a customers' needs. We also set them up with a customer account so they can manage their service online as they please.
