- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At REDChicagoInc we do quality work for a fair price. Our goal is not to get rich off any one job, but to build a lasting relationship with each and every customer. We offer referral fees, return business savings, and “huge” discounts if we are also assisting with your real estate needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with an on-site consultation where we meet our customers and get to know more about their renovation visions and expectations. Next we get detailed notes and measurements of the work location. We then review everything and email our customers a detailed proposal along with drawings. Once excepted we’ll get right to work on any final drawings and permits. “IF” permits are required we will submit all appropriate information to obtain them, keeping our customers informed on pre inspections and estimated work start dates. After obtaining permits we will schedule the work start day and finally get to what we love. “Bring our customers vision to life.” We will go over all work during construction and once completed to make sure our customer is completely satisfied before requesting our final inspection “again if required”. Finally we will ask for a kind review on our work, hoping to be your “go to source” for all your future construction and real estate needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides having my electrical engineering degree I also have my real estate brokers license and over two decades of renovation experience.
