The workers did a great job fixing the plaster before painting and did meticulous work on the trim and ceiling as well as the walls. They were on time every day, protected floors, cabinetry and countertops very well before starting work. They even scraped off spatters from a previous paint job done by the previous owner. They cleaned up completely each day before they left and a complete clean up on the final work day. Job completed ahead of schedule. Would hire them again for future work and have already recommended them to a friend.

My initial comment was excellent upon hearing steps applied to receiving a well done painting job for 3 bdrm home. Upon closer inspection addressing some baseboard dust and paint spackles(no big deal) I noted my interior doorbell initially removed for painting loosely reattached to the wall. I began to wipe it down (6"x 7")and noted the entire surface under it never addressed(paint/sanding/plaster), I removed same, sanded and painted the area using leftover touch up paint.Unsure why it was not addressed but rehung on wall . MY advice to everyone is delay final closure of any job without one day final look over. Many good things associated with the company (still recommend)but workers sometimes for some reason. Hi Erv! I was very disappointed to read this review especially after I told (as I tell all my clients) to take your time and look around for anything we might have missed or forgot or didn’t do it the way you like it, and we would come back and fix it, that is also the reason we left you the left over gallon of paint. In 3 days we removed over 10 year old wall paper and skim coated those walls before priming and painting. The walls were in bad condition from really old paint a lot of smoke and generally many patches everywhere throughout the whole house and water damage on ceilings. Not to mention that we gave a huge discount and also didn’t charge for the extra work and materials. We always do are best but it’s normal to miss things sometimes, I think this review is unfair when you could have called me and I would have taken care of it especially since we finished 2 days ahead of schedule. Thank you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes paint. I charge based off the number of cabinet, or the square footage of a home for interior painting (so I’ll need some information before providing a quote).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a preliminary call to understand what they want done and set expectations. From there, I will come see the space if need be. Following that, I’ll provide a quote and a date that I can begin the job. I always make sure that our expectations are aligned before beginning a job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under one of the best contractors in the Chicagoland area.
