- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is for the customer to contact my team or for my team to reach out to the customer, either by phone or email. Then, we should respond promptly and professionally. We should work with the customer to understand their needs and requirements. Next, based on the needs assessment, my team should prepare a proposal that outlines our services, timeline, and costs. Therefore, we should provide the customer with all the information they need to get started, including project timelines, communication protocols, and any other relevant details.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The inspiration for our business began with my grandfather, who was a skilled carpenter. When I was young, I would assist him with minor projects, and his passion for his craft motivated me to expand my skills and contribute to our community. To honor his legacy, I chose to establish a business centered on the work he was most passionate about: construction and repair.
